Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any course or using our website. They set out the rights and responsibilities of both Prime Accounting Solutions and you as a student or visitor.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any course offered by Prime Accounting Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you ("student", "user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime Accounting Solutions with respect to your use of our website and participation in our training programmes.

Course Enrolment & Services

Course Offerings: Prime Accounting Solutions provides a Certified Indian Accounting Course covering Advance Accounting, Microsoft Excel, Tally ERP, Income Tax, TDS, GST, Finalization of Accounts, and related practical skills.

Course Structure: The programme is divided into Part A (core curriculum, 3–4 months) and Part B (optional 3-month in-industry training). Enrolment in Part B is subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of placement.

Batch Allocation: Sessions run from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM with each batch lasting 2 hours. Batch timing is allocated at the time of enrolment based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule batches with reasonable prior notice.

Eligibility: Our courses are open to students pursuing Commerce or Management degrees, working professionals seeking to upgrade their accounting skills, and entrepreneurs managing business accounts. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our sole discretion.

Fees & Payment

Course Fees: All applicable fees will be communicated to you prior to enrolment. Fees are subject to change; however, changes will not affect confirmed enrolments for which payment has already been received.

Payment: Full payment (or as per any instalment plan agreed in writing) is required to confirm your seat in a batch. Enrolment is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.

Receipts: Official receipts or fee acknowledgements will be issued upon payment. Please retain these for your records, particularly for any tax deduction purposes.

Fee Revision: Prime Accounting Solutions reserves the right to revise course fees for future batches with reasonable notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Student: If you wish to withdraw from a course after enrolment:

  • Cancellation before the course commencement date: A processing fee may be deducted and the balance refunded within 14 working days.
  • Cancellation after the course has commenced: No refund will be issued. You may, at our discretion, be offered a transfer to a future batch.

Cancellation by Prime Accounting Solutions: In the unlikely event that we cancel a batch, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative batch. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from such cancellation.

Transfer Requests: Requests to transfer to a different batch must be made in writing at least 7 days before your current batch commences. Transfers are subject to availability and a nominal administrative fee may apply.

Attendance & Student Conduct

Attendance: Regular attendance is strongly encouraged to derive full benefit from the programme. A minimum attendance threshold may be required to be eligible for the Certificate of Completion.

Code of Conduct: Students are expected to: - Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times - Refrain from disruptive behaviour during sessions - Not engage in academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or misrepresentation - Use course materials solely for personal learning purposes

Disciplinary Action: Prime Accounting Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of any student who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund.

Certificate of Completion

Upon satisfactory completion of the course — including meeting the minimum attendance requirement and completing assigned practical exercises — students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion issued by Prime Accounting Solutions.

The certificate is non-transferable and will be issued in the name of the enrolled student only. We do not guarantee that possession of our certificate will result in employment or any specific professional outcome. The certificate attests to course completion, not to any externally regulated or government-issued qualification unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, presentations, handouts, and resources provided by Prime Accounting Solutions are our intellectual property or are used by us under licence. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for your personal learning as part of your enrolment.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our course materials without our prior written consent. Unauthorised sharing of paid course content is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Website Use

Permitted Use: You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: - Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data - Use automated tools to scrape or harvest information from our website - Impersonate any person or entity

Accuracy of Information: While we strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date — including batch timings, course content, and contact details — we make no representations or warranties as to its completeness or accuracy. Information is subject to change without notice.

Third-Party Links: Our website may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party websites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Accounting Solutions and its directors, faculty, and staff shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or website
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Any outcomes resulting from application of knowledge gained in our courses, including but not limited to tax filings, financial decisions, or professional advice given to third parties

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prime Accounting Solutions and its representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of our website or services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.

We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and in good faith.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
